Technical autonomy does not merge these procedures into one approval.
Use, occupation and works
Describe what will happen on the land and every building or land alteration. The Câmara assesses the current territorial and planning route independently from the utility design.
Water source and use
Define the proposed water source, abstraction and demand. APA procedures distinguish communication from authorisation according to the resource-use case and potential impacts; confirm the current SILiAmb route.
Wastewater and sanitation
Check whether a public sewer is available and the local connection conditions. If it is not, ask the operator or municipality which service and environmental route apply; a generic on-site idea is not technical approval.
Energy production and storage
Define the self-consumption installation, capacity and equipment. The applicable DGEG control route can vary with capacity and circumstances and must be rechecked for the actual design and date.
Access, operation and safety
Document legal and physical access, maintenance, emergency access and the operating plan. Autonomy makes reliable operation important but does not itself confirm safety or permission.

Local sanitation service
Obtain a current reply on sewer availability, connection conditions or the local septic-emptying service. It does not approve an on-site design or waive other controls.
Current energy route
Keep proof of the applicable DGEG self-consumption procedure. Energy registration or licensing does not confirm planning or environmental compatibility of the site.
Legal and practical access
Confirm documented access and the route needed to build, maintain and service the systems. A visible track is not complete proof of an access right.

Record occupation, structures, works and realistic water, sanitation and energy demands for the complete proposal.
Start with the municipal land-and-works file
Ask the Câmara which current route applies to the defined use, occupation and works before treating system design as proof of permission.
Open the water-resource file
Use the current APA/SILiAmb information or licensing route for the proposed abstraction, discharge or other water-resource use and retain the response and conditions.
Obtain the sanitation-service position
Ask the territorially competent operator or municipality about public sewer availability, connection conditions and the route where connection is not possible.
Complete the current DGEG route
Confirm the control, registration, installer and documentation requirements for the actual self-consumption capacity and retain proof without treating it as another authority’s approval.
