Independent product
Names, contacts, maps and links belonging to public bodies are shown to identify the competent source and make official confirmation easier. Their use does not imply a partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, certification or endorsement of GnextD.
Only the competent Câmara Municipal and other responsible authorities can make an administrative decision about land, a planning operation or a licence application.
Intellectual property and third-party sources
GnextD software, product structure, organisation method, original text, explanations and report presentation are protected as applicable. Third-party datasets, trade marks, logos, documents and services remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.
There is no single licence statement for all official data. The source, attribution, version, recorded terms, changes made and use boundary are documented dataset by dataset on the Data sources & method page.
Consumer complaints and dispute resolution
A consumer may submit a complaint through Portugal’s electronic complaints book. Within its material and territorial competence, a consumer may also contact the Algarve Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre (CIMAAL).
These options do not restrict access to the courts or any other remedy available by law.
