This Aviso — the notice in the official gazette — republishes the PDM rules. It keeps the earlier Ordenamento, Condicionantes and REN maps in force.
Declaração de Retificação n.º 608/2017
Corrects errors in the July 2017 publication.
Aviso n.º 3006/2018
Changes the rules to align them with RERAE, the exceptional regularisation regime.
Declaração n.º 79/2021
Changes the rules and maps for the Ria Formosa natural park and the two coastal plans that affect Loulé.
Aviso n.º 782/2022
Changes Articles 88-A and 88-B, which cover facilities and infrastructure on rustic land.

Normas Provisórias — Quarteira Nascente
Quarteira Nascente covers 185.98 ha. Its published boundary follows the coast, Rua do Forte Novo, Ribeira de Carcavai, EM 527, Avenida Fonte Santa, Rua do Poço Romano and Travessa do Forte Novo.
Inside this boundary, the provisional rules replace the PDM rules they suspend. Earlier authorisations, valid favourable PIPs and valid architecture approvals can be excluded.
Normas Provisórias — Matos da Picota
This area covers 8.5 ha. Its legal boundary appears only on the map attached to Regulation 653/2026.
